Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers below. Do you charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Florida , but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.

Is there a Minimum Order?

We have a minimum requirement to place an order of $ 30.00. if this is not met a $10.00processing fee will be charged to the invoice. All engine orders are to be done by direct contact with Miami Marine Specialists engine analyst. This assures the purchase to be the right application for your boat

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders, wire transfers and Pay Pal. Please contact our sales staff with any questions. What will my shipping charges be?

Depending on the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available. The shipping & handling cost for your order will be calculated according to the method of shipment. Order are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For all orders that go out the country, it is the customers responsibility to attend any duty or customs charges from their country.

What is your return policy?

If you received an incorrect item or ordered an item that you no longer need, you may return it for full credit within 30 days. Any return after 30 days will be for store credit only. The item should be in its original condition and you must call our returns department for a " Return Authorization Number ". This number must appear on the outside of the box to expedite your return. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process . If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. There are no returns on Electrical items. All returns are subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
