General Return Policy
An item(s) may be returned within the first 30 days after the item(s) is shipped to you. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included and original invoice. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Canada & International Return Policy
Merchandise must still be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition. All parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included, original invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that all return merchandise must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number issued by Power House Marina. To receive your RA number call our Customer Service Department (305) 892-2628; or email us at: email@example.com. We will provide further details on where and how to mail the merchandise.
No returns on electric and special orders.

All International orders ship from our location in the United States. Please note that we cannot guarantee International shipping arrival dates as we have no control over the destination custom rules, timing, or processes or import fees.
